Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Solace, a voice-first platform for real conversations. By using Solace, you agree to them.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and resident in India. Giving false information — including a false gender — may lead to termination and forfeiture of coins and earnings.
Your account. Keep one personal, non-commercial account. Don't share it, sell it, or run multiple accounts to evade bans or ratings.
Roles. Callers spend coins to make calls; Listeners receive calls and earn. You can switch roles in the app at any time, and caller rules apply whenever you call.
Coins. One coin equals ₹1, and coins don't expire. They're used for per-minute calls, gifts, and rooms, and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
Listener earnings. Listeners earn 70% of the coins spent on each paid minute; Solace retains 30%. Earnings stay pending until the 24-hour dispute window closes, then become withdrawable; if a dispute is raised, the disputed amount stays on hold until it is resolved. Payouts are made by UPI or bank transfer once PAN and bank details are provided, with tax withheld as the law requires. Listeners are independent users, not employees.
Respectful use. Solace is built for decent, respectful conversation. The following are not allowed: unlawful use; sexual, threatening, or abusive conduct; misrepresenting your identity, gender, or age; soliciting payment or contact off-platform; recording or sharing calls; evading bans; or interfering with the platform.
Enforcement. Reports may lead to a warning, suspension, or ban; a fake gender or threats can suspend an account on a single report. You can appeal through in-app support.
Disputes. Raise a call dispute within 24 hours of the call ending; our decision is final.
No warranties. Solace is provided "as is" and is a social platform — it does not offer medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. In an emergency, contact local services.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
