Solace is a social communication platform where users connect through voice conversations, messaging, voice rooms, interactive social games, and virtual gifts.

Users purchase prepaid, non-transferable Coins to access eligible paid Platform features. Coins are digital access credits only, have no monetary value, cannot be converted into cash, and do not represent stored value, electronic money, investments, or financial products.

Eligible listeners may receive compensation for completed voice conversation sessions through the Platform, subject to identity verification, fraud review, payout thresholds, applicable Platform policies, and taxes. Compensation is not based on gambling, betting, contests, game outcomes, referrals, investments, gifts, or prize winnings.

Solace does not offer gambling, betting, contests, lotteries, or real-money gaming. The free social games available within the Platform are provided solely for entertainment and social interaction and do not award cash prizes or items of monetary value.

Listeners may host free or paid voice rooms using Coins. Users can report or block other users at any time, and Solace uses reporting tools and moderation systems to help maintain a safe community.
