Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards describe how Solace, operated by EMEF Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("Solace", "we", "us" or "our"), protects children from child sexual abuse and exploitation. They apply to everyone who uses the Solace platform.

1. Zero Tolerance

Solace has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content, conduct, or activity that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or abuses a child is strictly prohibited on the Platform.

2. Users Must Be 18 or Older

Users under 18 are not permitted to use Solace. Registration and access require the user to be 18 years of age or older. If we determine or reasonably suspect that a user is a minor, their account is removed.

3. Reporting in the App

Users can report accounts, profiles, messages, and other content directly within the app. Reports relating to child safety receive priority review. If you suspect a user is a minor or encounter any child-safety concern, use the in-app report function, or contact us at contact@solaceapp.in.

4. Prompt Review

We review reports as quickly as reasonably possible, prioritising reports involving child safety.

5. Enforcement

We may immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Child Safety Standards. Where required by law, we may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement. We may take reasonable measures to prevent users permanently removed for child-safety violations from creating new accounts.

6. Reporting to Authorities

Illegal child sexual abuse material is reported to the appropriate regional and national authorities where required by applicable law, and we cooperate with law enforcement. Solace complies with all relevant child-safety laws.
