Refund & Cancellation Policy
Coins spent on calls, gifts, or rooms are non-refundable โ with a few fair exceptions: a call that ends within the free grace period (no coins are charged), a verified technical or platform error, or a dispute you raise within 24 hours that we uphold.
You can cash out unused coins from your wallet to your original payment method at any time, less a 2% processing fee, returned within 7โ14 business days.
If a Listener is found to have faked their gender, that Listener forfeits their coins, and the callers who reported them are refunded for the affected paid minutes.
To request a refund or raise a dispute, use Help & Support in the app, or open a payment support ticket on solaceapp.in after signing in. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days. You can also email contact@solaceapp.in.
